Join us for our Yoga and Song Day Retreat with two wonderful instructors, each brining their own unique skills to create a deeply restorative and uplifting experience, followed by lunch and an afternoon in our glorious spa.
What's included?
9.30am - Arrival tea/coffee and introduction
10.15am - Group Yoga session in our studio
11.15am - Group singing session in our 13th century Chapel
12.45pm - Two course lunch with the group
Access to spa facilities after lunch until 5pm

Arrive at 9.30am for tea or coffee, with the group Yoga session starting at 10am. At 11.15am your group singing session will begin, followed by a delicious two course lunch in the restaurant as a group. Afternoon access to our spa facilities until 5pm
